Procedure & Interpretation

Step-by-Step Procedure

  2. Add 3 drops of buffer into the sample well of the test cassette.
  3. Read the results after 10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

Positive Result
Positive: Colored bands appear at both the Test and Control regions, indicating the presence of C. difficile Toxin A/B and/or GDH antigen.
Negative Result
Negative: A colored band appears only at the Control region, indicating the absence of C. difficile Toxin A/B and GDH antigen.
Invalid Result
Invalid: If no band appears at the Control region, the test is invalid and should be repeated with a new device.
